    Yes – to having a good boost with daily self-care and then once a week something extra special.
    One of my favorite daily ones is to go out and sit in the sunshine and watch the bees buzzing
    on the little seaside daisies. They are working and I am sitting just watching 🙂

  8. So many good reasons to have a good self-care routine. It’s amazing how even 10 or 15 minutes of quiet “me-time” can improve my mood and increase my energy level. I find that being out in nature really boosts my mood. Making time for self-care is so important.
